Job Description

You will be crucial in maintaining and optimizing our Microsoft Windows Server systems, advanced hypervisors, and reliable backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support to internal users (remote & on-site) on company systems and applications
• Management & set-up of new equipment and devices
• Monitor the performance of our system infrastructure, applications, and services, implementing optimizations and upgrades to enhance efficiency
• Interact with hardware and software vendors for provisioning, technical guides & support
• Training and guidance of employees in corporate IT systems
• Stay proactive by researching and recommending innovative, automated solutions for system administration tasks
• Coordinate the hardware management, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems.

Requirements

• BSc/Ba in Information Technology or relevant field(preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant proven working experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s Active Directory, Domains, Group Policies, Powershell, DNS, DHCP, subnetting and routing
• Experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware is a plus
• Solid knowledge of IT security principles and practices
• Proficient in English
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
