Scope:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist, who can quickly diagnose and repair technical defects in devices and hardware and keep them in good health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Installation of operating systems and applications.
• Help and train users with existing and new systems and platforms.
• Perform diagnostic tests and solve technical problems in software and hardware.
• Registration, monitoring and maintenance of equipment of the IT department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• 2+ years of experience in similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux.
• Strong communications skills.
• Good knowledge of IT operating systems, especially Windows and Azure office 365.
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
• Good organizational skills.
• Troubleshooting ability.
