- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration from a university or college
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel company
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Proficiency in the ERGANI system
- Familiarity with the BUSINESS ΜΙΣΘΟΔΟΣΙΑ-EPSILON NET software
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security Legislation
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team spirit, discretion, and a results-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment and termination processes
- Weekly submission of schedules, schedule modifications, and overtime
- Preparation and verification of payroll
- Monitoring of annual leaves, sick days, and absences, and maintaining related records
- Maintaining employee files
- Personnel matters management: analyzing payroll calculation methods, providing signed documents
- Creating personnel documents (Individual Employment Contracts, Ministerial Decrees, Employer Certificates, etc.)
