Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university or technical institute (A.E.I / T.E.I)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, either within a hotel group or a 4* or 5* hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational abilities and a team-oriented work approach
  • Specialization or a graduate degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an additional qualification

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Planning and organizing the activities of the Human Resources Department
  • Coordinating departmental processes, such as meetings and training sessions
  • Managing employee records
  • Drafting and posting job advertisements to recruit personnel
  • Assessing candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Assisting in the screening and selection of resumes (Screening & Monitoring)
  • Communicating with candidates and scheduling formal interviews
  • Organizing career days and other essential events for the Human Resources Department
  • Informing new employees about the company, its culture, vision, and orientation
  • Documenting information and preparing reports related to staffing, hiring, training, and evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation
