Human ResourcesManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, Johnson & Johnson, an American multinational corporation that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods, is seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for its operations in Greece and Romania.
Main responsibilities:
The job holder will be directly reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA, having the following Key Accountabilities:
- Serving as a strategic talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network
- Representing the company as a trusted professional in the market among the Talent Acquisition community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected
- Driving a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long-term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline
- Working on a complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal clients
- Using business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to the hiring managers and “selling” the company to passive and active candidates
- Understanding internal talent availability and merging with external trends to influence talent strategies
- Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach
- Actively using both internal and external digital platforms to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships
Candidate Profile:
- University Degree in Business Administration/Psychology/Social Sciences
- Master’s degree in human resources management will be considered as an asset
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluency in the English language (written & oral)
- Familiarity with ATS systems (pref. Taleo)
- Proficiency in the use of social media (LinkedIn/Job boards, etc.) and software like MS Office
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
