We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the business, driving key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, legal compliance, and people development goals.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
🤝 Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing daily HR guidance and acting as a key point of contact on people-related matters.
- Build strong relationships across the business to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
⚙️ HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
- Oversee and execute core HR operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all employee-related processes.
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute payroll activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Monitor and implement labor law and labor relations practices in accordance with Greek legislation.
- Ensure the proper handling of employment documentation and employee lifecycle changes, including hires, terminations, amendments, leaves, and other contractual updates.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company standards and business needs.
📚 Learning, Development & Performance
- Assess training and development needs across the organization and implement the annual training plan in line with management priorities, employee needs, and budget parameters.
- Monitor learning initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure business relevance and employee development.
- Support performance management processes and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
📣 Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and support recruitment activities for roles across the organization, ensuring an effective and professional selection process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s attractiveness to both current employees and external candidates.
- Support onboarding practices that ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience for new hires.
📊 Reporting, Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports, analyses, and planning documents to support business and management needs.
- Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics within the department to identify priorities and recommend actions.
- Manage HR projects cross-functionally, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader company objectives.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR systems, practices, and employee experience initiatives.
🎯 What You Bring
- MSc in HR Management or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Strong knowledge of Greek Payroll and Greek Labor Law.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic business environment.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.
