# yourmission
- Provide administrative support to HR department (Recruitment, Ergani processes and weekly plan, onboarding of new employees)
- Management of administrative processes related to employees working abroad (A1, posting notifications etc)
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees
# yourprofile
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant/Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position for at least 1 year
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns
