We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.
In this role, you will support daily HR operations, employee relations, HR compliance initiatives and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
- Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, prepare HR reports and analytics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update HR policies and procedures, assist in audits and HR process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR field
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English (both written and oral)

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment
