Our Group, a leading and continuously evolving presence in the luxury hospitality sector, is seeking a Group Learning & Development Supervisor. The role’s primary focus is the development, organization, and standardization of all Human Resources policies and procedures across the Group. This position is pivotal to the structural development of the HR Division, as well as to the shaping of the Group’s corporate culture, learning strategy, and people development framework. Believing firmly that our people are our most important competitive advantage, we are looking for an L&D professional who will contribute to the growth, empowerment, and consistency of our hospitality experience. The role may be based in Athens, with periodic travel to Rhodes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, developing, and establishing all Human Resources development policies, including training, performance evaluation, career development, onboarding, and operational SOPs, aligned with international hospitality standards and the Group’s strategic direction.
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive performance evaluation system and supporting its adoption across the Group.
- Conducting training needs analyses and designing the annual training plan based on departmental and unit-specific requirements.
- Monitoring the implementation of training programs and evaluating their effectiveness through KPIs, assessment tools, and reporting.
- Collaborating with external training providers and HR tool vendors.
- Supporting onboarding processes.
- Supporting the entire employee journey, from onboarding and induction to talent development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and professionalism across all Group training activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, or a related field.
- Experience working in organizations that utilize modern HR systems (HRIS), digital performance management tools and advanced HR policies (experience in a similar role is considered an asset).
- Proven ability in drafting HR policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation tools and professional development methodologies.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and strong teamwork orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
