What will you be doing?

At Circana, our people are unstoppable together! We’re seeking a highly skilled, consultative, full life-cycle recruiter who will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for complex and specialized roles, including positions in emerging areas such as AI. This role will primarily support hiring in Greece, and support globally where needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across the Greece to understand hiring needs for each role and meet competitive recruitment goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment while developing strategies to source, attract, and hire for critical and complex positions at pace.
  • Conduct and present market research on candidate data, including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, and talent supply/demand. Identify top target companies, competitors, and talent pools.
  • Leverage traditional and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, specialized sourcing tools, resource sites, code repositories, forums, Chrome extensions, job boards, internal databases, CRM systems, search engines, social media, and web mining.
  • Collaborate with team members to design innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for specialized and emerging roles.
  • Lead recruiting discussions with hiring managers and HR, owning the strategy end-to-end.
  • Develop effective interview and sourcing strategies with a focus on internal mobility and diverse talent.
  • Guide hiring managers through candidate slates from initial presentation to finalist selection and offer, including salary negotiations.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management tool are consistently updated.
  • Create compelling job postings to attract candidates and represent Circana professionally across social networks. Partner with hiring teams to publish postings across multiple platforms.
  • Lead or participate in special projects that drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years blended agency / inhouse experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and hiring laws in Greece and ideally wider Europe.
  • Bilingual in English and Greek
  • Prior experience with agency recruitment and high-volume or niche searches preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR partners, and hiring managers.
  • Excellent project management skills: critical thinking, expectation management, timeline adherence, and effective communication.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand business functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging technology roles.
