                                                 Human Resources Manager

Position summary

Our HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization, ensuring that Aluma Hotels attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Scope

• Report to CEO
• Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for all departments
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Conduct performance appraisals and support career development plans
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave management with Finance/Payroll partners
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on all HR matters

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and other languages if applicable
