This role blends HR operations execution with people analytics and HR systems support. You will own key HR processes across the employee lifecycle—from job postings and recruitment coordination to onboarding support and accurate HR system transactions—while also supporting dashboards, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Transactions

  • Execute and maintain accurate employee data and HR transactions (employee file updates, workflows)
  • Support daily HR operations including HR documentation tracking and internal HR coordination
  • Manage personnel records and ensure file completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Support key HR processes related to employee services and internal requests

Recruitment & Staffing Support

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: job postings, screening coordination, interview scheduling and support
  • Support recruitment administration for seasonal, internship, and summer staffing needs
  • Post and manage vacancies on the school’s website and internal systems

Compliance & Employee Support

  • Support HR operational compliance processes (e.g., required documentation and employee service steps such as tax/bank/social security coordination, where applicable)
  • Support absence-related processes and internal tracking (e.g., sick leave workflows, faculty absence alert system support)

Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Compile, audit, and analyze HR data for accuracy and reporting needs
  • Contribute to HR dashboards, metrics and reporting (workforce reports, HR trends, training/evaluation data)
  • Support digitization and improvement of HR processes (paperless workflows, forms, system enhancements)

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / People Analytics (preferred)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and accountability
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and data (high attention to detail)
  • Fluent in English written and oral
  • Fluent in Greek written and oral
  • Knowledge of the Greek labor law
  • Expertise in interviewing
  • Positive mindset and a welcoming personality

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, reporting)
  • Exposure to Python or data tools is a strong plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (quantitative or business-related fields preferred)
