Responsibilities:
- Supports the operations and processes of the Human Resources Department for Commercial Activities
- Provides comprehensive support to employees, acting as an additional point of contact in close collaboration with the relevant HR departments, with an emphasis on prompt and effective service
- Participates in the recruitment process for staffing the departments supported by the Department (preparation of job descriptions, organization and/or conducting interviews)
- Collects, analyzes, and manages data on training needs and participates in the coordination and implementation of employee training and development programs within their area of responsibility
- Participates in managing the performance evaluation process, aiming to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, development, and feedback
- Handles matters related to employees’ work status, such as transfers, relocations, promotions, compensation schemes, job descriptions, organizational changes, and related procedures
- Develops reports and key HR indicators, utilizing reporting and data analysis tools to support decision-making and the formulation of action plans
- Participates in internal communications/initiatives and contributes to shaping a positive corporate culture
- Prepares presentations for management and manages complex data sets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
- At least two (2) years of experience in a related field
- Experience in a retail network, energy company, telecommunications or other service chains will be considered an additional qualification
- Experience in using Business Intelligence tools for creating reports and analyses (with emphasis on Power BI) will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Scan HRMS) and/or Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
