We seek an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with strong hospitality experience who will support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations and contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews coordination, and hiring coordination
• Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and initiatives, ensuring smooth HR administration
• Manage employee data and submissions through the ERGANI system
• Ensure compliance with Greek labor law and company policies
• Support internal communication with staff and promote employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate and manage staff accommodation allocation
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
• Support management with HR reporting and operational needs

Requirements

• Previous similar HR experience in a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor legislation
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
