Position Title: Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist you will be part of our Company’s Human Resources Department. Based on the current organization, the job position reports to Chief Human Resources Officer.

You will be based in Athens.

Position Status

Full Time, Open-ended Employment Contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly Payroll.
• Preparing monthly statements to EFKA (APD) and AADE (Withheld Employment Tax Statements).
• Calculating annual payroll cost & proceeding with cost analysis per new recruitment.
• Managing ERGANI’s platform.
• Support in Digital Employment Card system.
• Maintaining knowledge of and complies with payroll policies of Greek Labor Law.
• Providing monthly KPIs.
• Administering Group Health & Life Insurance policy.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all information regarding payroll records.
• Carrying out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by CHRO.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or a related to HR field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR field.
• Excellent usage of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in ERP usage (SOFTONE & Dynamics) will be considered as a plus.
• Fulfilled Military Services (for male candidates).
