Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and audit HR records, payroll data, and employee files
  • Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management and external audits
  • Assist in workforce planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Organize training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Liaise with external partners and regulatory bodies
  • Support HR projects such as restructuring, talent development, and succession planning
  • Travel abroad for HR audits, onboarding, training, or cross-border coordination
  • Participate in corporate compliance initiatives, including NIS2, GDPR, Whistleblowing, and other regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or controlling
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive data
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
