Win Medica Pharmaceutical S.A. is currently seeking for a motivated HR Business Partner for our new manufacturing facility in Tripoli.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the local management team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures always in accordance and close collaboration with the Central HR team in the company’s headquarters.

Responsibilities – Duties

TheHR Business Partner will:

  • Implement and adapt HR policies and procedures to meet the needs of the newly built plant.
  • Take on the full recruitment cycle and respective activities as well as the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Act as trusted advisor and guide all plant personnel on HR matters such as performance management, time off, compensation & benefits, training needs, employee relations etc.
  • Manage all payroll and day-to-day HR operations in cooperation with external providers and Central HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations in accordance with Central HR team.
  • Promote and nurture the company's culture and employee engagement at a local level.
  • Engage in all HR initiatives while suggesting new ways to improve employee experience.
  • Participate actively in all HR related projects (PMS, Training, Surveys, Corporate Events etc.) as directed by management.
  • Monitor HR and business KPIs and prepare regular reports for the Central HR Department.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Greek labor law.
  • Previous experience in workforce planning and managing shift-based work environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
