Role:
- Handle end-to-end recruiting on a global level
- Develop recruiting strategies for specific fields
- Consult business on hiring: who/where/when?
- Take the lead for special projects
- Provide KPI updates
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience (or equivalent) in recruiting field
- Native level in Spanish & B2 in English
- Great communication skills
- High level of self-organization
- Hands-on and can-do mentality
