Attica Diamond, an investment company is looking for an experienced HR Manager for its offices in the center of Athens.

We are currently seeking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Group with offices in Athens, Dubai in order to strength our team in foreign markets and oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our business needs. Ultimately, you will help us run a healthy & productive business where our employees are happy and engaged.

The position is based in Athens but involves frequent trips abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Design hiring plans for all the departments based on project needs
• Interview and assess job candidates
• Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks
• Onboard new hires
• Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas
• Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
• Ensure staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
• Responsible for all back office and administration tasks of the department.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of work experience as an HR Manager (ideally in international markets)  
• Specialization in recruiting for foreign markets will be considered a plus.
• University degree in Human Resource Management or relevant Degree
• Excellent ability of manpower management
• Knowledge of recruitment and evaluation methods during the interview process
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations
