This role requires a proactive individual with experience in HR management and financial oversight, capable of supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth collaboration between store teams, the management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Staff Management:

  • Oversee daily store operations and coordinate personnel
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and attendance records
  • Motivate and support staff to improve performance
  • Conduct performance evaluations and resolve workforce issues
  • Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting office

Financial Oversight & Control:

  • Monitor and verify daily revenues, expenses, and store cash closings
  • Reconcile daily bank deposits with POS data
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management
  • Monitor cash flows and support cost-control strategies

Collaboration with External Entities:

  • Liaise closely with the accounting office
  • Manage public platforms such as EFKA, ERGANI, DYPA, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all public obligations and deadlines

Reporting to Management:

  • Maintain daily communication with senior management
  • Support operational planning and strategic goals
  • Deliver clear updates and suggestions based on daily insights

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR and/or retail operations roles
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and public platforms (ERGANI, EFKA, etc.)
  • Accuracy, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with payroll procedures and compliance matters
