Partly remoteThis role requires a proactive individual with experience in HR management and financial oversight, capable of supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth collaboration between store teams, the management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Staff Management:
- Oversee daily store operations and coordinate personnel
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and attendance records
- Motivate and support staff to improve performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and resolve workforce issues
- Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting office
Financial Oversight & Control:
- Monitor and verify daily revenues, expenses, and store cash closings
- Reconcile daily bank deposits with POS data
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management
- Monitor cash flows and support cost-control strategies
Collaboration with External Entities:
- Liaise closely with the accounting office
- Manage public platforms such as EFKA, ERGANI, DYPA, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all public obligations and deadlines
Reporting to Management:
- Maintain daily communication with senior management
- Support operational planning and strategic goals
- Deliver clear updates and suggestions based on daily insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR and/or retail operations roles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and public platforms (ERGANI, EFKA, etc.)
- Accuracy, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and compliance matters
