On behalf of our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry, we are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager.

  • Develops and implements HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Coordinates and administers all aspects of HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding processes
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and facilitates a smooth transition to the digital card system
  • Handles employee relations issues and assists in resolving conflicts and disputes
  • Facilitates training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
  • Leads in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Collaborates with senior management to understand and addresses the HR needs of the organization
  • Remains updated on industry best practices and implements relevant HR initiatives accordingly


  • BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MSc will be considered an advantage 
  • Minimum of six (6) years of HR experience and experience from FMCG/manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures
  • Excellent command of the English language; both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
