Job Description
- Attract and evaluate candidates, ensuring the proper coverage of the company’s staffing needs
- Manage the CV platform and develop an active talent pool
- Represent the company on career days etc
- Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers
- Participate in the execution of the performance management process
- Support the execution of the full cycle of assessment and development centers
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or other related field
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a relevant field
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Learning agility and creativity
- Digital savviness
- Desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and deliver results to meet timelines
