Recruitment & Operations Specialist

Location: Paiania

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze requested job descriptions and specify exact skills of the requested positions
  • Regularly source candidates for permanent and temporary recruitment services and engage in attracting high-potential candidates for all levels.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle (job posting in social media and other channels, CV screening, interviewing, shortlist selection)
  • Perform aptitude or other skill based tests, per Client request
  • Deliver progress report to the client
  • Maintain candidate database of current and potential candidates
  • Engage in Account Management procedures, such as contract monitoring, customer invoicing and other administrative tasks.



Candidate profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Experience in permanent and temporary recruitment service (entry level, middle level & managerial level positions)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent PC Skills use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
