Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify market trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Provide a high level of customer service in existing clients via phone and email
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience (B2B, retail, D2D, hotel, etc.) or Customer Service experience – preferred
- Strong knowledge of English
- Proficiency level of Microsoft Office
- Financial awareness - ability to analyze and interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
