ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international taxi service company with more than 15 years of experience in online provision of passenger transport services, is seeking for an Operations Manager to join the company based in Thessaloniki, Greece. ROLE INVOLVES:

• Partner Relations: Source and manage key partner relationships, identify & take on problem areas for partners, and work with the team to continuously improve and ensure high level experience on the Uber platform.
• Communication & Stakeholder management: Taking time to establish effective relationships; earning the trust of others within the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to identify local business needs and ensure support for tactical initiatives.
• Teamwork: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team.
• Analytics: Utilize data to understand business needs, marketplace dynamics, driver behavior or areas for improvement and help our partners to optimize their business.
• Develop & Optimize Processes: Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps for Operations and CEX teams.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must have:

• 3-5 years of experience of supply operations, business development / account management / strategy work in a large business, or of growing a startup.
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills. Emotional IQ to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
• Speed, resourcefulness, and go getter attitude - Uber is committed to constant improvement. You’re excited to help create a product with value.
• Flexible and forward thinking - we need someone sharp and eager to play with different models to help us scale.
• Fluent in Greek and English
