An investment company that operates in the sector of Real Estate, based and in Athens, Greece,  is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team.

Main tasks:

• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
• Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers
• Communicate with Chinese partners to determine their needs.
• Planning and evaluating department activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Real Estate
• Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
• Time and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written & orally)
• Ability to travel would be considered as a plus
