Sioufas and Associates is looking for a Deputy Manager for the branch in Thessaloniki, whose experience and know-how will contribute to the effective management and continuous development of the business.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the design and implementation of strategy in all operational issues, based on the business plan
• Monitoring of the annual production budget of the branch, setting goals and priorities, based on the implementation plan
• Participation in meetings with clients / partners for issues relating to the Out-of-Court and Law Department’s activities, updating the progress of clients' portfolios, and submitting improvements in matters of production and effective cooperation
• Representation of the company in meetings with potential corporate and private clients and contribution to the maintenance and further development of the company's clientele
• Management and monitoring of specialized projects and continuous feedback to stakeholders
• Monitoring of employee productivity and submission of improvement actions
• Continuous guidance and development of existing team partners

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field
• Master’s Degree preferably in Business Research
• 5 years minimum experience in relevant position, preferably in services sector
• Excellent knowledge of PC and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
