Canaves Collection is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate our culinary and service experiences across our award-winning luxury properties in Santorini.

The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader with a refined sense of hospitality, a creative mindset and a passion for delivering world class dining experiences that reflect the essence of Greek luxury and authenticity.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining cost control and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to design innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the Canaves brand ethos.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the F&B team to achieve outstanding service standards and guest engagement.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage budgets, cost controls and purchasing procedures to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to promote F&B experiences, special events and brand activations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery, guest satisfaction and team performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in F&B management, ideally within a 5 star or luxury resort environment.
• Proven leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and implement improvements.
• In depth knowledge of global F&B trends, sustainability practices, and guest experience innovation.
• Fluency in English proficiency in Greek or another European language is a plus.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work in a seasonal luxury hospitality setting, including weekends and holidays.
