Responsibilities

• In this position, you will have end-to-end responsibility on the operations of industrial and medical gases, as well as the mixture production and control of all mechanical equipment for Sindos plant 
• Also, you will supervise and ensure that testing, repairing and filling of the cylinders is compliant with the legal requirements and policies on occupational health and safety, as well as abide by the fire and environmental protection standards
• Moreover, you will organize and supervise the production activities, aiming at achieving production targets, in terms of productivity, efficiency, and on-time performance, as well as ensuring product availability and on-time and in-full delivery of customers’ orders
• In addition, you will lead and manage the Employees in the plant, being accountable for their performance management, priorities and their working schedules, while you will make sure they comply with the operational requirements and safety standards
• Furthermore, you will lead and follow-up on all maintenance activities of the plant and of the mechanical equipment
• Lastly, you will ensure the plant, and its operations are in compliance with authority permissions, legal requirements and Linde Health & Safety standards

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor ’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering and you are a member of Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE - TCG) and minimum five (5) years of experience in the Industrial sector
• Additionally, you have very good people management and communication skills, as well as to have organizational skills and to be able to set priorities and deliver quality results within strict deadlines
• Moreover, you have the ability to work well independently, with limited supervision, as well as within a team and be able to achieve results in all cases
• In addition, you have very good command of English language and working knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite
