Ένα premium εστιατόριο στην Κύπρο αναζητά αξιόπιστους και παθιασμένους Kitchen Staff / Chefs για να ενταχθούν στην ομάδα μας. Υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες θέσεις για kitchen assistants, line cooks, chef de partie, sushi chefs και έμπειρους μάγειρες που θέλουν να εργαστούν σε ένα σύγχρονο και υψηλών προδιαγραφών περιβάλλον κουζίνας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Προετοιμασία πρώτων υλών, mise en place και πιάτων σύμφωνα με τα standards της επιχείρησης

• Εκτέλεση πιάτων με συνέπεια, ποιότητα και σωστή παρουσίαση

• Υποστήριξη της ομαλής λειτουργίας της κουζίνας κατά την προετοιμασία και το service

• Τήρηση υψηλών προτύπων καθαριότητας, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων

• Εφαρμογή συνταγών, portion control και διαδικασιών κουζίνας

• Διαχείριση παραλαβών, stock rotation και βασικού ελέγχου αποθεμάτων

• Συνεργασία με τον Head Chef και την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας

• Διατήρηση οργανωμένου και αποδοτικού σταθμού εργασίας

• Συμβολή σε ομαδικό πνεύμα, πειθαρχία και θετική κουλτούρα εργασίας

• Διασφάλιση ότι κάθε πιάτο εξέρχεται σε premium επίπεδο ποιότητας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Προϋπηρεσία σε εστιατόριο, ξενοδοχείο ή επαγγελματική κουζίνα

• Πάθος για μαγειρική και φιλοξενία

• Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς

• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και θετική στάση

• Καλή γνώση κανόνων υγιεινής και HACCP

• Εμπειρία σε ιαπωνική κουζίνα / sushi θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν

• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών απαραίτητη, Ελληνικά επιθυμητά

• Ευρωπαϊκό διαβατήριο / δικαίωμα εργασίας επιθυμητό

A premium restaurant in Cyprus is seeking reliable and passionate Kitchen Staff and Chefs to join our growing team. We are hiring across multiple levels including kitchen assistants, line cooks, chef de partie, sushi chefs and experienced chefs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-standard and dynamic culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, mise en place and food items to required standards

• Execute dishes consistently with attention to quality and presentation

• Support smooth kitchen operations during prep and service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety

• Follow recipes, portion control and kitchen procedures

• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and inventory control

• Work closely with head chef and kitchen management team

• Keep workstation organised and efficient at all times

• Contribute ideas, discipline and positive teamwork within the kitchen

• Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen to premium standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel or professional kitchen environment

• Passion for cooking and hospitality

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment

• Strong teamwork ethic and positive attitude

• Good understanding of hygiene and HACCP standards

• Experience in Japanese cuisine / sushi is an advantage but not essential

• English required, Greek highly desirable

• EU passport / right to work preferred
