Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Παρασκευή και σερβίρισμα κλασικών cocktails, signature drinks, κρασιών, μπύρας και premium spirits

• Διατήρηση υψηλής ποιότητας, συνέπειας και άριστης παρουσίασης σε όλα τα ποτά

• Επικοινωνία με πελάτες με επαγγελματισμό, φιλικότητα και αυτοπεποίθηση

• Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία νέων cocktail menus και seasonal concepts

• Διασφάλιση ότι το bar είναι πλήρως οργανωμένο, καθαρό και έτοιμο για service

• Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων, παραγγελιών και περιορισμού wastage

• Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας

• Συνεργασία με τη σάλα και τη διοίκηση για άψογη λειτουργία service

• Δημιουργία premium εμπειρίας και ευχάριστης ατμόσφαιρας για τους πελάτες

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Προϋπηρεσία ως Bartender / Mixologist σε εστιατόριο, bar, lounge ή ξενοδοχείο

• Πολύ καλή γνώση cocktails, spirits, κρασιών και σύγχρονων beverage trends

• Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση

• Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση σε γρήγορο περιβάλλον

• Δημιουργικότητα, επαγγελματισμός και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών απαραίτητη, Ελληνικά επιθυμητά

• Ευρωπαϊκό διαβατήριο / δικαίωμα εργασίας επιθυμητό

Full Job Description – Bartender / Mixologist | Premium Restaurant | Cyprus

A premium restaurant in Cyprus is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong cocktail knowledge, excellent guest interaction skills, and the ability to create memorable beverage experiences in a high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers and premium spirits

• Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency in all beverages

• Engage with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner

• Assist in developing seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised and service-ready at all times

• Monitor stock levels, wastage and ordering needs

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards behind the bar

• Handle payments and bar transactions accurately if required

• Work closely with floor staff and management to deliver smooth service

• Create a vibrant, premium and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender / Mixologist in restaurant, bar, hotel or lounge environment

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage trends

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure

• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail

• English required, Greek highly desirable

• EU passport / right to work preferred
