We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu and under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency before service.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Contribute to menu development and kitchen process improvements.
- Perform other related duties, as required by the Kitchen Department.
Requirements:
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong team spirit and leadership skills.
- Good command of both Greek and English.
- Flexible schedule and adaptability.
