- Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
- Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred.
- Graduate of a Culinary School.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
