Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated A&B Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our guests, ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the hotel’s food & beverage outlets.

• Ensure all meals are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when needed.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
