Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.
- Manage the kitchen staff, including line cooks, dishwashers, and prep cooks.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work to ensure that all food offerings are prepared according to our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
