We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sous Chef to join our team for the upcoming summer season at a premium seaside location in the Athenian Riviera.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.
  • Manage the kitchen staff, including line cooks, dishwashers, and prep cooks.
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work to ensure that all food offerings are prepared according to our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
