Cova Astir Marina is looking for a talented and passionate Barista/Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high- quality coffee, cocktails, and beverages while delivering exceptional service in a refined and luxurious setting. Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and signature cocktails.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage recipes.
• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation according to Cova standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized barista and bar station.
• Handle stock management, restocking supplies, and checking inventory levels.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a high-end café, restaurant, or hotel
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mixology
• Passion for premium coffee, beverages, and hospitality
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
