For Summer 2026, we are looking for a General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth, clean and professional functioning of the beach club.

Requirements

Confirmed management experience in hospitality or beach clubs

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Fluent English mandatory

Greek mandatory

Other languages are a plus

Field-oriented, structured and solution-driven

Able to manage teams, operations and daily issues

High sense of responsibility and standards

 Location: Paros
