As a Reservations Agent at Zuma, every guest interaction sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience, you’ll play a crucial role in managing customer calls and inquiries with efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.  This role will be based in our Zuma office in Athens.

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive knowledge of our brands ensuring accurate data entry and system updates for all reservations
• Manage customer calls efficiently, amending bookings, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Recognize and accommodate regular guests and VIPs, monitor waiting lists, and maximize seating capacity to enhance the guest experience
• Actively work closely with the Reception and Events teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Notify the Reservations Manager of any issues, and provide a thorough handover during shift changes for smooth operations
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reservations system to efficiently confirm, cancel, and adjust bookings as required
