Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Keep everything on point by maintaining quality control across all bar operations
- Work closely with the Bar Manager on budgeting, cost control, and stock management to keep the bar running smoothly
- Train and mentor the bar team to deliver consistently high standards
- Take charge of stocktake and manage daily orders to ensure the bar is always well-prepped
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork and a professional atmosphere
- Ensure the bar meets all safety and hygiene standards at all times
