- Presenting menu to guests and taking orders.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied.
- Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat.
- Follow strict hygiene procedures along with hotel's Policies.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures.
- Performing other related duties as required by the hotel.
Requirements:
- At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants.
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros).
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language - knowing of any other foreign language will be considered as a plus.
- Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality.
- Flexibility in working shifts.
- Friendly, polite and detailed oriented.
