Job Description:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers following standard recipes or customer requests.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks.
- Check customers; identification to verify that they are of legal drinking age.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Monitor and control alcohol consumption to ensure customers' safety.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items to customers.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and resolve issues when possible.
- Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol brands.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be of legal drinking age and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (such as TIPS or ServSafe) may be required by some employers.
