Job Description:
- Welcome guests to the beach bar and provide excellent customer service in a beachfront setting.
- Take customer orders for beverages, cocktails, and food items, including specialty coffee drinks.
- Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and snacks according to recipes and standards.
- Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, engaging with guests and ensuring their comfort.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and alcohol service guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hospitality experience as a barista or / and waiter
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
