Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of beverages including coffees, juices, milkshakes, and cocktails with precision and attention to detail.
• Organize daily operations efficiently to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Safely and properly utilize materials and equipment in beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
• Adhere strictly to health regulations and standards to uphold hygiene and safety in the beverage area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Awareness of new trends and developments in the beverage industry, with a passion for staying updated on industry standards.
• Completion of relevant seminars or certifications in beverage preparation or mixology considered as additional qualifications.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
