In Business Consulting, you will deliver long-term value to our clients by transforming businesses through powerful insights, designing, leading and delivering end-to-end transformations. With a focus on improving their operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall business strategy, you will use a combination of industry knowledge, and technical expertise to help clients address their challenges and reach their goals. The practice combines expertise in a wide range of functional areas, including Business Transformation, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations, Actuarial, Technology Risk, Enterprise Risk, , and Financial Risk Management.
- Technology Consulting
In Technology Consulting, you will use technology, digital and data solutions to transform our client’s businesses and gain competitive advantage. The practice works with clients across various industries to provide technology-enabled solutions to their most pressing business challenges. The Technology Consulting practice at EY focuses on several key areas, including Data & Analytics, Technology Solution Delivery, Digital and Emerging Technologies, Technology Transformation and Cybersecurity
What you will be doing
You will be part of a team working with a variety of clients from startups to recognizable financial services organizations. Your role would be to assist senior consultants and project managers in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. Some of the specific tasks you may perform include:
- Data analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to help clients understand their business and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and report writing: Conducting research, synthesizing information, and writing reports to support client projects.
- Team collaboration: Working closely with other team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and deliver high-quality results.
- Project management: Assisting with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Client interaction: Building relationships with clients and participating in client meetings to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Training & Development: Attending L&D programs and exhibiting a thorough knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes.

Qualifications:
- Either a final year student or a fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top tier University
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
