To this extent, NAOS Greece is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Credit Control Specialist to join our expanding team. This is the ideal position for an individual passionate about managing customer orders, dealing with the logistic partner and perform the customers credit control to ensure effective operations for the Greek affiliate.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the timely processing of customer sales orders, observing terms, prices, and other commercial conditions in the company.

- Responsible for maintaining the database for customers and inventory in the system.

- Performs continuous communication and coordination between the logistics partner and the Sales, Marketing & Finance departments.

- Response to customer inquiries regarding requests and deliveries.

- Issuance of credit memos according to the agreed commercial conditions with the clients.

- Regular control of clients’ receivables and direct contact with them in the timely receivables’ payments.

Competencies:

- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Finance

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a prerequisite

- Organization, expediency, and precision

- Good communication skills

- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment

- Computer literacy

- Good Excel knowledge

- Advanced level of English language

- Knowledge of ERP will be considered as a plus.
