Buyer Accessories

Alumil is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer Accessories to join our procurement team. This role is essential in managing the purchasing process for accessories, ensuring the availability of quality products at competitive prices to support our operations and growth.

In this role, you will take charge of ensuring the timely monthly and quarterly supply of aluminum systems accessories and components. By actively partnering with both established and new suppliers, you'll uncover innovative solutions that fulfill the needs of our internal teams and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for accessories, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and supplier management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, and Logistics departments to align procurement with production and quality requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving any supply chain issues related to accessories, including claims or returns.
  • Drive down purchasing costs for system accessories without compromising on quality. Take charge of managing all indirect expenses by ensuring that Purchase Orders strictly adhere to supplier agreements.
  • Ensure enforcement of supply and delivery timelines in accordance with the agreed lead times.
  • Monitor supplier performance and procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement in purchasing strategies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in accessories or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings, industrial materials, and data sheets to thrive in this role.
