The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “SAP Senior Support Officer” for its premises in Thessaloniki. The position will report to the Financial Systems & Compliance, Senior Manager of the Finance & Accounting department, based in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities:

• End-to-end SAP functional support including daily operations, month-end activities, issue resolution and liaison between business and technical teams
• SAP user and roles management including assignment, maintenance, reporting and periodic access reviews for SOX compliance
• Business requirements management including workshops, documentation, analysis, process mapping and SAP implementation
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) management including identification, remediation and correction of conflicting roles
• Procurement release strategies management using SAP Flexible Workflow
• SAP data accuracy and integrity assurance across modules, transactions and master data
• SAP application landscape support including coordination, maintenance and enhancement with IT collaboration
• SAP infrastructure monitoring and improvement through identification of requirements and issue resolution
• Process and system improvement initiatives including recommendations and implementation of best practices
• SAP standards and documentation support including development and adoption of working practices
• Compliance and controls support including adherence to policies, SOX controls and support to Control Owner
• Audit and integrated systems support including ITGC audits and monitoring of SAP integrated applications (e.g., VIM, Concur) aligned with business standards

Requirements:

• University degree in IT, Engineering or Finance/Business Administration
• Excellent command of English and MS Office (Excel)
• Minimum 6 years of SAP experience, preferably in Logistics and S/4HANA environment
• User administration and authorizations management in S/4HANA
• Experience in Requirements Analysis Authorization and SOD tools knowledge e.g. SAP GRC or ERP Maestro software, and basic ABAP knowledge.
• Aptitude to work with minimal supervision but also be a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Results-oriented, organization, presentation, and communication skills
• Understanding of accounting and business processes
• Knowledge of Sap internal audits and SOX processes. SAP certification will consider a plus.
