We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant, Fiduciary to join our team!

About the Role :
The successful candidate will perform administrative tasks, including processing and recording transactions, account reconciliation, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients, fact-checking and filing, assisting in the collection process of claims recoverable and payments of premiums payable.
Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of clients’ balances and of various accounts by client.

Collections of monthly client balances.
-
Preparation and payment of client premium payables.
-
Internal communication with departments to finalize monthly production, working with detailed and complex spreadsheets to analyze and review financial results.

Follow up with underwriting on premium discrepancies.

Controlling/assisting in reconciling claims, collecting claim recoverable.

Handling banking needs for clients, including routine monitoring of bank account balances.

Production and distribution of information requested by external auditors in a timely manner.

Preparation of ad-hoc reports and assisting with finance projects and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

BSc in Accounting and/or Finance, Economics
-
At least 5 years of experience in similar position / in insurance industry

Computer literacy, MS Office

Excellent communication skills in Greek & English

Effective responsiveness to pressure and tight deadlines
-
Use of Microsoft Navision is considered as a plus
