Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

TEMES SA, the developer of Costa Navarino, is seeking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Procurement Specialist to join our headquarters in Athens. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this newly established role will support the company’s real estate, engineering, and construction activities by overseeing procurement processes for construction works, technical services, and related supplies. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely project execution, while supporting the development of high-end hotel and residential projects.

Responsibilities

Project & Construction Procurement

  • Lead procurement processes for construction works, MEP, FF&E, materials, and technical services.
  • Prepare and manage RFQs/RFPs in collaboration with Project and Engineering teams.
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and support supplier selection and contract negotiations.
  • Support new developments, refurbishments, and CAPEX projects across hotel and residential assets.

Supplier & Commercial Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, timelines, and compliance.
  • Support contract administration, variations, and commercial discussions.

Cost Optimization & Reporting

  • Track procurement performance across assigned projects.
  • Contribute to cost-saving and value engineering initiatives while safeguarding quality and brand standards.
  • Prepare procurement updates and reports for management review.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with company procurement policies and internal controls.
  • Work cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Provide market insights, cost benchmarks, and lead-time inputs during early project planning stages.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).
  • Up to 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in construction or real estate projects.
  • Hands-on experience with tenders, contractor sourcing, and technical procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with hospitality or luxury residential developments is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and technical scopes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or procurement systems.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, collaborating confidently across teams and seniority levels.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
