Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CFO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the CFO, including emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CFO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of the Accounting Department’s activities, tracking deadlines and ensuring effective follow-up on key priorities.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal teams and business partners.
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives led by the CFO.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Fluent in English and Greek (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office suite and calendar management systems.
